Especially Spanish youngsters eat a lot of seeds of sunflowers. It is sold in all shops and supermarkets throughout the country. Spanish cooking is unthinkable without sunflower-oil. As America must also have a huge production of sunflower-oil, I suppose that the basic knowledge of both the production-process of the oil and the production-process of the eatable seeds are available somewhere in the U.S.A. Finding these processes explained in Spain is very difficult if not impossible.
