how is porn and masturbation addiction "bad for my health"?

all of my friends know i have a bad porn addiction and that i masturbate like once a day (or every other day due to things that make me aviod it) and the one said that its "bad for my health" why would it, its only porn and most guys my age masturbate, *im 14*
 
It's not bad for your health.
Maybe being addicted to porn is because it might means you can't get off with out it... but hey for now it's fine.
 
well its not bad for your health its just terrible for your relationships and your only 14 so when you get older you could have a serious porn addiction which will seriously damage your chances at every getting married, getting a girl friend, or even getting laid for that matter. so you should lay off it while you still can
 
The concern is, with the porn, you will get warped notions about male-female relationships

With the masturbation, do you watch the porn and then masturbate, or you have the need to masturbate and use the pron as an adjunct
 
Your friend is an idiot. There's nothing wrong with what you're doing. Maybe he does that too, but feels guilty about it and tries to make others feel like he does.
 
there is nothing wrong with masturbation, its actually good for you. and its safer then having sex and risking an STD. and using porn is fine, but only for a while. try finding other ways to get off, it will effect you later on in life. good luck hun! =)

masturbating daily is not a problem, it's normal. some even do more than once a day. but, you should cut on porn, it might lead to psychological problems.
