How is my weight and how is my eating and exercising habits?

I am 19 and am 6 feet tall, maybe a hair width taller.

I don't eat all that unhealthy. I don't consume chocolate, cake, chips, soda/pop, alcohol, I haven't consumed fast food in all of 2010. Probably the worst I eat is almond granola bars and muffins. I consume a lot of dairy, wheat, and fish products. I also drink a sizable amount of a drink called Mott's Garden Cocktail, a vegetable drink.

I exercise for about 30 minutes every second day, just in front of the television with a small machine I bought. (A gym isn't optional. I live an hour's drive, one way, to a gym).

I am concerned over the fact that some pants I bought around the summer of 2009 don't fit me as well anymore. Am I not exercising enough?
