beneficaries on all of the accou? I am the executor of my grandfather's estate. There is 130,000 in IRA accounts. These are the only assets that are part of the estate everything else was left to his girlfriend. Well come to find out all of the IRA accounts have a beneficiary on them. The whole time I was told by my lawyer that this money would be access-able . My worry is how am I suppose to pay my lawyer now. I certainly don't have a couple of thousand dollars laying around
