How is it like working at a Boost Mobile store?

I'm looking to be part of the Boost Mobile team and want to know what it is like working at their store. I have great expierence with cell phones since I am currently working as a technical support agent. I know that you get paid by salary and make commision on every sale u make. If any one has any input it would be very appreciated or even how its like working for a cellphone company. Thanks
