It is the second amendment right of the U.S. citizen to keep and bear arms. So how is it we cant have fully auto matics? I mean does it say the right to keep and bear arms but only semi auto? No it doesnt.
By the way for those of you who thought this was in the constitution so people could go hunting or protect there home your wrong. It was established because the framers did not want america to be taken over by a king or a government like King George. its was there so the people could over throw the government if they decided to try and take there rights away as citizens.
