Dexter and his father Harry talk while he's on his missions, but how is he communicating? Is he somehow thinking "What would Harry do?" or is he just Schizophrenic, I don't understand how it ties into the reality of the show because all of the show has a reality to it, only him communicating with Harry seems off.
