how is ben graham going as a kicker in the NFL, good,bad other?

i know stuff all about gridiron but saw ben graham as a aussie rules footballer (not a champion) but definately a good player and wondered if he was cutting the mustard over in the NFL
 
I've been watching NFL for over 20 years and I know this is going to sound daft but it tends to be that the weirder the kicker's name the better he is. So José Guxemequelo (I made that up, but there are real ones who are weirder) will tend to be better than Joe Smith. Using that premise Ben Graham will at best be average.
