What are some ways in which America is wasteful?
In terms of food, conservation, energy, consumerism, anything that comes to mind.

I think we are most wasteful with our time. I waste so much time playing on the computer (not to mention the tv is on and I'm not really watching it) and now I found this sight and find it fun waste time here. instead of doing something productive like helping people in my community or making something useful like baking, sewing, weaving and painting... the basic past times that when you were finished you had something in front of you to show for all that time. What am I doing????
