Every time I connect the USB and mount the disk drive the only things that pop up when I select Copy Pictures to a Folder on my Computer are my pictures. How in the world do I access my videos and put my videos on the computer!? I get so frustrated by this phone sometimes. I wish it would have given an instruction manual.
How in the world do you upload videos from verizon droid eris to the computer?
