How illegal is it to ride a bike when you don't have a permit, but you have a fake license plate on the back and then ride it all over in the roads? What happens if a cop pulls me over and notices i don't have a registered bike without a permit or insuarance and everything? Also i'm only 13 so really would I lose my rights to get my license when im 16 or something?
