how I can send video via internet to friend's Wifi digital photo frame?

I have video clip by digital camera, I want to send this video and photo to my friend's Wifi photo frame via internet? video clip is big, can't send by email to email wifi photo frame, and many wifi photo frame don't support video function, what is fast and easy way to share my video clip to my friends?
 
You'll need to use one of the free FTP sites to transfer the file.
You upload to the FTP site, then your firend downloads it.
Otherwise, put the files on a USB stick, or burn a CD with the files and use snail mail.
