how high does the blood test PSA for prostate, would it be cancer?`?

My dad is 4.something. he's wondering the 'nromal' number, if there are any?

If the psa over 4 then need to r/o of prostate ca.Sure also need other finding such as enlarged gland,nodular finding during rectal exam.To r/o ca further workup is need which including ct-scan or biopsy which should be done by urologist.Sometime just prostatitis or Bph PSA could higher then normal
