I'm looking to get some new speakers for my car later on tonight, but I don't usually tinker with the insides of my cars so I'm going to get them to install them.
A few queries here:
1- How helpful are they?
2- Would you recommend anywhere else?
3- Would you recommend any speakers in particular for a £200 budget

Thanks a lot guys, appreciated

I just got my speakers done, according to everyone "Pioneer are the best speakers, "Alpine for headunit & Amp" And JL For Subbie.."

All i did was get all pioneer :) Pioneer, can't go wrong.. top brand.
Anywhere you go, depending on how much money you have they'll help you, make sure you bargain.. Even if they said they bargain so you feel good about yourself. :)

Good luck boy.

Please do not go to halfords. They're reputation has gone seriously downhill recently.

Search for an independent car audio shop on Yell.com and get them to do the work.

MB Quart, JBL, Infinity and Alpine are a good place to start looking for decent quality sound.

hope this helps

EDIT: There's been so many horror stories on here recently about halfords, I'm sure if you search through previously answered questions you'll come across plenty. The one which sticks in my mind was a guy with a golf, after a visit to halfords his car broke down, his VW garage couldn't believe the mess Halfords had made of his wiring. I believe he has since made a claim against halfords in respect of the damage.
