selling truck for twenty years? i am aware that chevy, dodge and gmc "pack" more under the hood, is it true that they have the most power-train/transmission issues? i have heard stories. toyota and nissan make trucks, but they don't have american tradition, so they don't count. the point of this question is obvious. im (potentially) about to sell my daily driver '62 galaxie four door and i have driven a bronco and f 150. ford appeals to me because of their trusted durability and chevy and dodge appeal to me because they have bigger monsters under the hood. when it comes down to the bottom line which truck should i choose between a f150, bronco, silverado 1500, or ram 1500. 4x4 four door crew cabs as my only option.
also the f150 isn't beat in sales against the silverado, ram, titan, or tundra alone. its only when you combine the gmc and chevy truck sales, is when the f150 sales is beat. but even then, its not a fair comparison, so ignore that.
