How Hard would it be to swap these ford motors out?

I am wanting to take and change my 4.6 Liter to a 5.4 Liter in my 96 Mustang, How much room would I have in the engine well? And what is the difficulty level for someone who has a basic knowledge and understanding of cars?
 
Since they are the same size outside, you won't have any space issues at all. Also, If you stick to the same year range you shouldn't have any problems with hooking up accessories. There's a lot of info about this kind of swap on most Mustang websites, it's quite popular.
