I am 20 years old and want to start my own small horse farm offering boarding and lessons and a therapy program for autistic children. I have made blue prints for a small barn that is 36 X 30 square feet. I plan on purchasing 4 or 5 acres and builing an outdoor riding ring and a large pasture. I will be turing 21 in May and will be getting access to my stock plans. If I sell enough stock for $10,000 down payment, how hard do you think it will be for me to get a loan. My credit score is currently 680. Thank you. Also I am located in North Carolina.
