How hard/long would it take to pull an engine from a 02 honda civic LX?

So I managed to roll my honda civic twice on friday, the car is totaled and the insurance won't be able to help me.

I'm just wondering if it would be worth my time to try and salvage the engine and tranny? Maybe try to sell them?
How hard would it be to pull the engine and tranny?
How long would it take?
Are there any tutorials or video's on how to do this?
