I am 27 years old and have recently been inspired by website development. I really want to learn but only get around 2-3 hours free a day. Is it possible to learn web development and on average how long will it take given I can only invest this much time in to it?
I want to learn cakephp but to be honest dont know anything about html, Javascript so would cakephp be the right place to start? I can use actionscript and find it very straight forward but I am guessing these two languages are worlds apart.
Is it too late for me to learn? I know some people start off quite young in programming
