How hard is it to go D1 basketball? Do you need to be amazing in Highschool to make it?

I'm a 6'1" point guard from Va. The best part of my game is my lock down defense, quick ballhandling, and 3-point shooting. I can only dunk on occasion though. I don't get any time on varsity as a junior yet i know i'm harder working and overall better than the rest of the kids on my squad. I have a high GPA but i won't get money toward college for athletics for my lack of PT. What are the chances of walking on to a D1 school. Better yet what are the chances in 3 years of an NBA tryout for a kid like me?

you wont get scouted..
i mean u will but maybe for a weaker school
and you probably will have to be a walk on, u gotta get hella high grades because if u aint gettn no p.t. then you get no love from the scouts.. u feel
