my friends got into some trouble a few months ago and the have court here in a few weeks for sentencing. The judge told them last time that they wouldn't be doing jail time but probably probation. they just moved to texas though a week ago(which i already know was a bad idea) and i guess possibly already have a job at a local drug store (CVS). So i was wondering when they come back for court and get probation will they be able to get a transfer or will they be denied since they haven't had residence there for more than 180days?
their families also live here (not texas) i heard it depends on if they have reasons to be in Texas..but mainly i want to know how hard it will be to get a transfer like next to impossible or pretty easy?
