How hard is it to find replacement parts (tune up stuff) for older Honda Motorcycles?

A friend of mine said that replacement parts (Tune up stuff) for older Honda motorcycles was not available any more. That sounds wrong to me. I want to find out before i buy one! FYI probably an 1985 or newer model 250 cc
 
Parts are still available if you are resourceful.

Used parts can be found on EBay.

The Powersports Pro website has lots of new parts for old motorcycles. Be prepared for some sticker shock when buying new parts for an old motorcycle. See the link below.
