I'm participating in a cultural food fair in my school on Wednesday, and would like to know if oven cooked fries would be fine for poutine. We don't have access to a deep fryer.
For those of you who don't know what poutine is, it is a dish served almost all over Canada, and in a few places in the United States. It originated in the province of Quebec in Canada. Poutine is basically fries covered with cheese curds and beef gravy. Boy is it delicious.
