ok well i have a cousin in the army and a cousin in the coast guards
so you need to be able to hold more then ur body weight,do pushups,run alot because thats wut u need in the army,do chin ups and pullups,and you have to be an excellent swimmer and be able to stay in the water.you could go in out of shape if they have already excepted u but itll be alot more work and pressure to do more on urself.so be in shape.lift weights, and get a routine.make a list on wut to eat and drink LOTS LOTS LOTS LOTS of water.
