Well im a little young to worry about college right now, but i wanna be able to have my options. I know this is a stupid way of finding a college but i took a quiz for what college i should go to and i got UCLA. How good is it compared to any other colleges? i wanna be a history professor.. is UCLA a college i should try for? Thanks :)

First you need to have a B.A. or B.S. or any type of bachelors degree first. Then you need a Ph.D.. But to be honest with you... any Ph.D. from any school can help you to become a history professor. A lot has to do with what you write (books and journals) as well as research. Very little really depends on your initial Ph.D. Heck... I know of some one from my college that got a Ph.D. in history from the University of Michigan and is an assistant professor at Eastern Michigan.... not the best of schools. But he does not want to do research and instead just teach so his probability for advancement to a more prestegious university is quite limited.
