How good is the Grand Lux Cafe?

For my 16th b-day I want to go to a fancy/good restaurant for reasonable prices with 3 friends... is Grand Lux Cafe any good? I didn't really care for the Cheesecake Factory, and some people said it was somewhat similar. Any opinions? ( I live in Houston by the way)
