how good is the dell inspiron 1545 dual core Vista x4500HD with photoshop,?

I´m an advertising student. I´m trying to decide between. Hp pavilion dv4; amd turionII, dual core m520 2.3ghz; Ram 4gb ddr2, mobility radeib hd 4200 (128mb). or Dell inspiron 1545; intel pentium dual core t4400 2.2ghz; ram 3gb ddr2; intel graphics media accelerator x4500HD. there´s a very good offer on the newspaper. I´m not sure which of this 2 is best for me, i´ve heard horrible things about hp laptops and it scares me to get into one(i dont want to lose my money). on the other hand, i´ve used dell before and it´s quality has earned my trust but, the hp seems a little bit more advanced. Is there really a significant difference between this 2 when it comes to using softwares as photoshop illustrator, and maybe having youtube opened with a list of 10 songs to listen while i work? i appreciate the reply
