I am creating a site that will need php capabilities. As of the present I am a novice on php and have purchased books to learn it being I heard it is not that difficult to learn. My question is being a novice who is to say how long it will take me to learn php and get it to work for my site as for I don't want to wait months and months to launch the site. Should I use Joomla to create the site can Joomla make a php dynamic driven site without me having knowledge of php and is Joomla for beginners. or will it be best to have more patience and learn PHP myself.
how good is joomla can you use it to make a php driven website if you are a novice?
