how good is a Intel GM45 Express chipset for gaming?

It means that your laptop has no video card and the Intel chipset sucks off main system memory. It is not good for any modern games

i just got this new laptop sony viao and i was wondering if i could once in awhile play any good games? what good games can i play on it? the specs of the laptop indicates that it is an intel integrated video card with 1.7gb of ram... what does htat mean? is it shared with the main memory?
