how good is a 2003 toyota celica and how much more Horsepower can i get by adding...

...mods to it? I am going to purchase a toyota celica 2003 and i was just wanting to know what sort of problems does this car have because i heard that previous models burnt oil. I want to know if this car will do the same and if it has any other known problems. I was also thinking of getting headers and a air intake and possibly turbo or superchrge the car. If i get the car with all those modifications how much more horsepower would i get because the original engine only give 140 HP. Anything you want to add good or bad about the car would be very help full. Thank you
