I am going to be attending college next fall and majoring graphic design. For my age I would say im pretty advanced with Photoshop and very advanced with Illustrator and Corel. I got lucky enough to have the chance to work at a pretty well known company that sells dye sublimation products (Jerseys, clothing, etc). I'm working as a graphic designer there at the age of 17.
Having mediocre drawing skills on paper, how much will an average graphic designer have to use their drawing skills. And no I'm not talking about the pen tool.
I'm just nervous for next year when I have to take all the pre req and intro courses that feature drawing, painting, sketching etc.
