the most fun work culture I have ever experienced has the following characteristics:
1. being able to make jokes when the bosses are at present, in the meetings or in the middle of working, and even better the bosses would join the fun and contribute to the jokes too. Dirty jokes are more welcome. Non-physically-harmful pranks are welcome too.
2. people like to hug and kiss on the face over any celebratable things, such as birthday, big jump in sales, project finished, christmas etc; or a warm hug over sad incidents, such as deaths, relationship(marriage) breakdown, leaving(resigning), going away etc.
3. open-minded, relaxed, people can discuss anything even politically incorrect ones; play porn at work(as a joke, not for sexual gratification); quote the definition of words from the urban dictionary (fun!

4. lots of fun sports, company outing activities etc...
5. yet, people work hard and get things done at a top quality! despite they act like a bunch of big kindergarten kids, laughing over any silly simple things.
Can anybody share about how fun your work culture is? (must be fun, lots of laughs especially while people still work hard and efficiently). It will be great if you could give an idea of what industry and what position you are in. Thank you
