There is this one 40-year old or so guy with a Law degree from Carnegie-Mellon I played with on Xbox Live (can't give out his name for security purposes), who said the following:

1. You can be arrested for counting cards at a casino blackjack table (which I know is false).
2. Subjects who are being investigated for a crime will typically not be arrested until a Friday afternoon so that they will have to miss their entire weekend if they can't post bail.
3. You can be banned from Xbox Live permanently for using profanity over voice in an E-rated game.
4. You can get banned from playing Call of Duty 4 at all (not just online) by teaming up with other players in Free-for-all. A special line in the game code can disable the disc from operating entirely should it be activated by an admin.
5. An old 1930s-era film camera could be worth hundreds on eBay.
6. America is the worst country in the world (well obviously developing countries are a lot worse but in terms of what it's done for the world as a whole supposedly he means America has been destroying others).
7. America's justice system is screwed up.
