How format the mass storage in nokia c6-01?

if any one can help me i'm getting error saying " General : System error " when trying to delete something So i reached to this solution .. That i should format the mass storage .. Please help :)
 
u understand u will lose everything?
Ok, i dont have a c6-01, but i have an n8 with same os and for me, i need to go to file manager, then hold down my finger over mass memory and a submenu will appear with 'format' as an option, it should be the same for u.
