you know the circumference, and you also know that it takes 24 hours for the earth to completely rotate right? that is how long a day is.

so 24000/24 gives you 1000 miles per hour, which is your answer.
 
technically we are somewhere just below the speed of light, as the sun and the milky way are also moving fast too.

you provided 24000 (some unit)
divide this by 24 and get 1000 (units per hour) with relation to the Earth's core
