I live in an area where broadband internet is not available, and I only have an average of about 2 bars of service with AT&T at my house. (couldn't get coverage at all with Verizon) I've heard the speed is fine in good areas, but how much different is it with low service? Do I have a chance of streaming youtube videos off of there faster than the dial-up on my computer?
