take it to someone who can re-program the ECU and you should be able to unlock it...
then, the next step is always intake, and exhaust.. you can potentially add 20 hp by doing that... then, fuel injectors are next... (larger ones) - which means you'll need that ecu tuned.
keep in mind though, 20hp at the crank isn't the same as 20hp at the wheels. but it's enough to tell a difference.
anything beyond 50 hp is $$$$$$$$
