how fast does a stock 2009 honda metropolitan scooter go on a flat road? if you put a performance pipe on it, would it make it faster? what else could you add to increase the speed. the scooter is kinda gonna be a little project and im trying ot make it really fast but still street legal. someone with some prior knowledge please answer!!
