How fast can a 1996 dodge ram indy 500 pace truck go from 0-60?

My brother owns a 1996 dodge indy 500 pace truck and we don't know how fast it can go from 0-60 and can't take it to a track because it needs work done on it. I would also like to know how much it would be worth these days because only like 2,500 or so were made?
