How far is local covered, before roaming kicks in (Bell Mobility)?

I have the 647 area code, and I was wondering which area's are covered in local? (I'm not talking international, or even outside the province) Are cities surrounding Toronto covered? Like Etobicoke for example, or North York, Woodbridge, etc.
I can't just switch with over 2 years left on my contract.. but that's not my question :P
