...District Court in Michigan? It is Dec 1, the trial is Dec. 17. Do I still have time to file and serve a potential witness list if I mail it tomorrow?
I plan on calling the court first thing in the morning, however I thought I would take a chance on some legitimate knowledge of Yahoo users. Thank you!
