how far gone is someone after finding out they are pregnant?

What is the minimum and maximum for this if the last period started May 8th and we found out of the pregnancy June 9th??!!
 
She is considered 4 weeks pregnant, and probably conceived about 2 weeks ago. But the exact date of conception is unknowable.

but really she only conceived 2weeks ago, but pregnancy is counted from the last period.
so 4weeks pregnant
 
you count from the date of your last period, so you will be 5 weeks on sunday coming! tho @ your 12 week scan you will get a more accurate date!
