How far does a 24 inch bicycle tire go in one revolution?

This question is for my math project. It reads, "The bicycle I will be riding is a Trek Bicycle with a tire diameter of 24 inches. How far does each tire go in one revolution? Round to the nearest tenth."

Answer = ( phi ) x d ( where phi = 22 / 7, d = diameter of tyre )

= 22 / 7 x 24

= 75.3982236

= APR 75.4 inches or 6 feet and 3.4 inches
