I'm going on a 3 day-60 mile hike in about 2-3 weeks. I'm not much of a runner so I only run about 2 miles a day. Plus, I go about 2ish miles on the elliptical and then my normal body workout with weights. This is my first ever hike so I'm kind of nervous that I'm going to be left to die. Any tips or advise that can help me prepare or help me while I'm on this adventure?
