Maybe next time!

I've put on a couple of pounds these past few weeks, and I decided this week it had to go!
so I decided instead of crazy diets I'd just cut out all the sugary junk I was eating before (which was alooot!)

-----------

I've basically been eating nothing but fruit, various vegetables, kinds of meat, eggs and rice/bread. But I have been eating alot of this, twice as much food as I was eating before. (been getting about 7 of my 5 a day daily ha ha)

-----------

I don't do a great deal of exercise. I walk briskly to work everyday, which is about 15 minutes there and back (I often sprint the last 100 metres for fun!), I train Capoeira once a week as well which is a VIGOROUS workout and leaves me aching the day after! I do about 20 minutes of stretching, sit ups and press ups every 2 days too.

-----------

My only concerns that this won't be effective is the amount of food I eat - no matter how healthy, having so many snacks a day can't be good even if they are carrots and bananas can it?

Alsoo I don't drink alot of water, maybe one and a half 500ml bottles daily, need to sort that out... also a bit more exercise would be niice! I'd like to lose 10 pounds before christmas, would be nice :)

thanks!
*15 minutes to work, 15 minutes back :) haha
that's a good point, but I'm pretty sure Capoeira would count as cardio!
