How easy is it to get around on a bike in Cozumel, Mexico? Not just in town, but

all around the island? I am in good shape, the distnaces aren't the issue. My concern is more the quality of the roads. Are they OK for a bike rider?

I live in Mexico City. I am aware that Mexicans are reckless drivers. That part I can handle.
