4:10 - plain boiled potatoe including skin and an apple
710 - a cup of fruits (grapes , slices apples and tangerines.
Today:
around 11oclock - turkey sandwitch on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato
2:30- one honey and oats granola bar (90 cal) and an apple
5:30- a few ounces around 5 or 6 of turkey breast a few chopped tomatoes and lettuce with lemon squeezed on it.
How do the past two days sound? anything i shouldnt be eating or too little or too much?
