My friend accidentally pressed the "accept" key on the verizon mobile web screen, so now I (apparently) suscribe to mobile web on my cellphone. Do you know how Verizon charges you for mobile web? Is it charged monthly, or based on the amount of time I actually use mobile web?

Their shouldn't be a mobile web plan with Verizon. Their is a data plan, which includes mobile web.

But mobile web charges $1.99 per megabyte. (1 megabyte isn't that much). It is like being based on the time you spend on the web, except its how much megabytes you use. It will be charged monthly on your phone bill however much you used.

Go to verizonwireless.com and look at your account to see if you subscribe to it. If you don't use verizonwireless.com, just call them and see.

its easy to cancel anything with verizon, just dial 611 and explain the situation and they will take care of it all...no worrys they are awesome in my experience!
