How does Toyota and the outdoors connect symbolically?

In advertising class I'm doing a small presentation. I have an old ad for a Toyota truck and at the bottom half there is a canoe with people stretched out on it, making the connection to nature.. all-terrain vehicle, etc. The ad says to leave the indoors behind and explore in a Toyota truck or SUV.
What else can I say about it?
