OKay, I was in a car accident and got really bad whiplash, well it was actually worse than that. First of all, I was in sooooo much pain and well, I still am right now, but.... My spine got shifted to the right all the way up to my neck which caused me to be in soooo much pain to where i couldn't work anymore. I got a lawyer but don't know how this works. I'm going to therapy and what is to come out of this when i'm done with it and all. I'm still in pain, and have huge headaches that don't seem to go away.... what's going to happ\en or what should I do????? ANy advice please of what I may expect how things work.
oh yeah, how do they base how much we're getting from the accident. Is it due to how bad we are injured? Or what?
